Until the advent of Kodak scanners, documents have to be segregated by type since each type may have different size, thickness and quality.
This increases the cost of capture since documents need to be prepared and re-assembled after scanning. In addition, the added handling could cause the destruction or loss of documents
InfoCapture is capable of handling either a set of documents with the same format or a set of documents with different formats.
Each document can be indexed individually thus providing access to a document within a folder
